What is your Return Policy?

At PrimeClass Athletics, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@primeclassathletics.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The Junior Hack Attack Softball Pitching Machine is designed to help develop serious young softball players with a three-wheel system that gives hitters a clear view of the ball through feeding, acceleration, and release. This design supports timing, vision, and pitch recognition while allowing operators to throw fastballs, risers, drops, and right- or left-handed screwballs with simple dial adjustments.

Built for efficient hitting practice and fungo work, the Junior Hack Attack offers 60+ MPH speed, 175 ft. fly balls, tailing line drives, and top-spin grounders. It is also designed for regulation leather softballs, dimpled practice balls, Wiffle® balls, softer practice balls, and can convert to throw a special 7.5” diameter vision training ball.

Unique Softball Machine Features

The Junior Hack Attack is built to support serious young softball players.
Its three-wheel design lets hitters see the ball clearly from feeding through release.
This helps younger hitters develop timing, vision, and a more realistic sense of pitch location.
Operators can throw fastballs, risers, drops, and right- or left-handed screwballs by adjusting the wheel speed dials.
The three-wheel system changes the breaking pitch plane without requiring major throwing head adjustments.
The elevation handle allows the operator to raise or lower the pitch and adjust location within the strike zone between pitches.

Fungo and Fielding Work

The throwing head pivots instantly in any direction for fungo drills.
It can be used for deep fly balls, slicing line drives, catcher’s pop-ups with reverse spin, towering infield pop-ups, and grounders.
The machine helps save practice time by reducing throwing head adjustments.
Its almost instant recovery time helps deliver more strikes during training sessions.

Transport and Setup

The machine moves on and off the field by tilting it, removing the legs, and rolling it on two heavy-duty transport wheels.
Front wheel guards help keep the throwing wheels from touching the ground.
The Junior Hack Attack arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use.

Ball Compatibility and Vision Training

The machine is designed for regulation leather softballs, dimpled practice balls, Wiffle® balls, and softer practice balls.
It is not intended for synthetic leather balls.
It can quickly convert to throw a special 7.5” diameter vision training ball.
The vision training ball helps force centering and tracking while maintaining proper hitting mechanics.

Inside/Outside Pitch Adjustment

The inside/outside adjustment allows quick, precise ball location changes at the plate.
The first pitch can be centered without shifting the full machine.
The operator can move the pitch inside or outside with a simple handle adjustment.
When used with the elevation control, the pitch can be moved quickly to different areas of the strike zone between pitches.
