What is your Return Policy?

At PrimeClass Athletics, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@primeclassathletics.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The I-Hack Attack Softball Pitching Machine is designed for advanced softball training with a streamlined build, upgraded electronics, and a larger, brighter 10” color touchscreen. Its tablet-style interface allows operators to control pitch type, speed, and spin while accessing saved favorite pitches and sequences for more efficient practice sessions.

Built with a unique three-wheel design, the I-Hack Attack gives hitters a clear view of the ball through feeding, acceleration, and release for a realistic live-arm timing experience. It also supports defensive and fungo work, with a durable frame, stable tripod base, and heavy-duty transport wheels for field mobility.

I-Hack Attack Softball Pitching Machine

Touch Screen Interface

The I-Hack Attack uses a tablet-style touchscreen interface for easy pitch control.
Operators can select pitch type, speed, and spin directly from the screen.
Saved favorite pitches and sequences can be accessed quickly during practice.

Advanced Software Program

The touchscreen allows quick switching between eight pre-set pitches and defensive drill settings.
Users can save up to 12 Change of Speed favorites and up to 12 Breaking Pitches favorites.
Pitch speeds can be adjusted for fastballs, risers, drops, and screwballs.
Pitches can be used in a set sequence or thrown in random mode.
Operators can use pre-set pitches or switch to manual mode to adjust motor speeds.
Default pitch settings are available for youth and pro skill levels and can be modified as needed.

Adjust Location of Pitch

The inside/outside adjustment allows quick, precise ball location changes at the plate.
The first pitch can be centered without shifting the entire machine.
The operator can move the pitch inside or outside “B” with a simple turn of the handle.
When used with the elevation control “A”, pitches can be quickly moved to different areas of the strike zone between pitches.

Save Favorite Pitches and Sequences

The save function lets operators return quickly to preferred pitches or saved fastball, riser, drop, and screwball sequences.
It helps make practice more efficient by reducing the need to reset each pitch.
Saved pitches and sequences also make it easier for more than one operator to use the machine consistently.

I-Hack Machine Design

The three-wheel design gives hitters a clear view of the ball through feeding, acceleration, and release.
This design helps create a realistic live-arm sense of timing and pitch location.
With the pitch locators disengaged, the throwing head pivots quickly in any direction for fungo work.
The machine can be used for deep fly balls, slicing line drives, catcher’s pop-ups with reverse spin, towering infield pop-ups, and grounders.
It moves on and off the field by tilting the unit, removing the legs, and rolling it on two heavy-duty transport wheels.
