What is your Return Policy?

At PrimeClass Athletics, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@primeclassathletics.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The Elite eHack Attack Baseball Pitching Machine is designed for advanced baseball training with a streamlined build, upgraded electronics, and a bright 10” high-resolution touchscreen. Its interface allows users to access standard pitches, favorite pitches, favorite sequences, or manual mode for complete control over pitch type, speed, spin, and location.

Built with a unique three-wheel design, the Elite eHack Attack gives hitters a clear view of the ball through feeding, acceleration, and release for a more realistic live-arm timing experience. It is constructed with a heat-treated alloy, weather-resistant aluminum casting throwing head and a rugged powder-coated rust-proof steel frame.

Interface

  • The oversized 10” touchscreen allows quick navigation through the machine’s software.
  • Users can choose from standard pitch settings, saved favorite pitches, saved sequences, or manual mode.

Standard Pre-Set Pitches

  • Eight standard pitches are available for quick setup, including fastball, change-up, heater, split finger, right and left curveballs, and right and left sliders.
  • Operators can adjust the speed and spin of standard pitches to match different drills or hitter skill levels.
  • Pitch location, spin, and speed can be modified within the strike zone or enlarged two-strike zone.
  • Users can work from pre-set pitches or switch to manual mode for custom pitch control.

Manual Mode

  • Manual mode gives access to each motor and actuator for full control of spin, speed, and location.
  • Individual pitches can be saved to favorites or sequences for quick access later.
  • Pitch location can be adjusted between pitches using sliders or +/- buttons.

Favorite Pitches

  • Fine-tuned pitches can be saved from manual mode or standard pitch screens.
  • Up to 50 favorite pitches can be stored for fast access during training.
  • Saved pitches can be adjusted for spin, speed, and location, then re-saved as needed.

Favorite Sequences

  • Pitch sequences with up to 50 pitches per sequence can be saved and accessed quickly.
  • Sequences can help challenge hitters or replicate a specific pitcher.
  • Run types include run sequence, repeat, shuffle, and manual selection.
  • Pitches within a sequence can be modified for speed, spin, and location.
  • Sequences can be renamed, reordered, or deleted.

Utilities and Settings

  • Standard pitch skill level can be set for adult or youth.
  • Speed display can be changed from MPH to KPH.
  • System-suspend timeout and password setup can be adjusted in settings.
  • Utilities show software version, diagnostic information, and lifetime pitch count.
  • Software updates are handled through the machine settings.
